Overview

We’re looking for a driven Account Executive with 3+ years of experience selling new Staffing & Recruiting deals. We're NOT looking for a Recruiter at the moment. We're specifically looking for someone who is a proven hunter and is coming from a Business Development role within the Staffing business.

In Short

  • Cultivate and expand relationships with clients you generate.
  • Engage in proactive business development through cold-calling and networking.
  • Represent our services with authenticity and a client-first attitude.
  • Drive sales and exceed revenue targets with no cap on commission.
  • Maintain and grow a personal client portfolio.
  • Support from our recruiting team for successful placements.
  • Utilize existing relationships and dive into new ones.
  • Expected BASE salary between $50,000-75,000.
  • OTE of $250,000+ in your first year.
  • Limitless earning potential.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in sales, specifically in Staffing & Recruiting.
  • Proven track record in business development.
  • Strong relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to understand client needs and present tailored solutions.
  • Experience in cold-calling and networking.
