Requirements

• 20+ years of experience in technology services.
• Expertise in P&L management and service delivery.
• Proven ability to lead onshore & offshore teams.
• Experience in Information Technology Outsourcing (ITO).
• Strong understanding of technology delivery.
• Demonstrated success in meeting customer expectations.
• Strong business acumen and strategic mindset.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A passion for technology and innovative solutions.
• A collaborative and team-oriented approach.
