Vice President of Technology - Remote

Overview

The KIPP Foundation is seeking a Vice President of Technology to provide strategic leadership on the organization’s technology infrastructure, ensuring alignment with the organization's goals and objectives while overseeing a team of 10 to 15 employees.

Requirements

• Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in technology management.
• 8+ years in a leadership role managing teams.
• Experience with large-scale change management.
• Familiarity with various technology platforms (e.g., Microsoft SQL, Azure, Salesforce).
• Strong project management skills with a track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
• Experience in developing and managing technology budgets.
• Ability to foster innovation and navigate complex business challenges.
• Strong communication skills for articulating change initiatives.
