The Vice President of Finance Technology is a trusted business partner responsible for technical delivery to support the Finance Organization, drive operational excellence, innovate, and deliver business results at MongoDB.

Requirements

• 8+ years of people management experience.
• Knowledge of ERP applications like Oracle, SAP, and NetSuite.
• Understanding of core finance processes.
• Experience in ERP replatforming programs.
• Deep understanding of Agile software development.
• Strategic mindset for developing roadmaps.
• Effective communication with C-suite and stakeholders.
• Experience in data integration across platforms.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills.
