• Create PowerPoint presentations for internal meetings and leadership discussions.
• Summarize research findings in reports and assist in the preparation of M&A-related documents.
• Work on ad hoc projects related to corporate strategy, financial modeling, or business analysis.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelors Degree or Master's Degree program.
• Strong academic record with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), with advanced Excel skills (e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUP).
• Strong interest in project management.
• A proactive and eager learner with a strong work ethic.
• Interest in Mergers & Acquisitions, Project Management, Corporate Strategy, or related fields.
