M&A Integration Manager - Remote

Figma is growing our team of passionate people on a mission to make design accessible to all. This role is an opportunity to build a new function from the ground up as the company’s first integration hire, working closely with key executives and internal cross-functional stakeholders to directly impact Figma’s future growth.

In Short

• Create playbooks and processes as the foundation for future M&A
• Actively participate in diligence processes including advising on deal structure, GTM integration, strategic business questions, etc.
• Captain and project manage cross-functional workstreams for all parts of integration
• Report to executive leadership on integration milestones
• Build a best-in-class integration function at Figma

Requirements

• 8+ years of relevant experience in M&A, business operations, consulting or other strategic business roles
• 2+ years of experience in leading M&A Integration
• Ability to manage complex processes from start to finish and a desire to work cross-functionally
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Demonstrated ability to work autonomously to drive projects to completion
