Associate, PR & Brand - Remote

Overview

As an Associate, PR & Brand for ReSource Pro, you will play a key role in supporting public relations and brand-building efforts through media relations, event coordination, industry awards management, and content creation.

In Short

• Assist in monitoring media coverage and compile daily/weekly media reports
• Research journalists and media outlets to build targeted media lists
• Draft press releases, media pitches, and brief documents
• Research relevant industry awards and submission deadlines
• Draft award submissions and ensure alignment with brand messaging
• Coordinate with internal teams to obtain necessary approvals
• Track past and upcoming award submissions
• Execute first draft of media advisories and press releases
• Support building PowerPoint presentations and reports
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders for brand consistency

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Live in the Eastern time zone
• Prior PR experience or internship
• Attention-to-detail
• Highly organized
• Adaptability to a fast-changing environment
• Ability to leverage available resources
• Commitment to continuous learning
