Resource Innovations is seeking a Program Delivery Manager to lead the Delivery team in New England, focusing on strategy, decision-making, and client relationships while ensuring successful program execution.

Requirements

• BA in Business Administration, Environmental Science, or related field; Master’s preferred.
• 5+ years of program management experience.
• 5+ years in client-facing roles.
• 2+ years of supervisory experience.
• Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Agile, PMP).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Attention to detail.
• Interest in sustainability.
