• Oversee day-to-day accounting activities including payroll, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
• Ensure timely and accurate completion of month-end close processes.
• Mentor junior accounting staff and promote financial accuracy.
• Coordinate with internal teams to meet requirements.
• Prepare and review financial statements.
• Ensure compliance with GAAP/IFRS and other regulatory standards.
• Support internal controls and document compliance.
• Assist with the annual audit process.
