Resource Innovations is seeking a Trade Ally Manager to join our growing team in New Jersey. As a Trade Ally Manager, you will work in a dynamic environment supporting the implementation of residential multifamily energy efficiency programs.

In Short

• Develops and manages relationships with contractors and trade organizations.
• Responsible for contractor recruitment into the multifamily program.
• Works with subcontractor partners to execute program delivery strategy.
• Monitors program participation and adjusts recruitment strategy.
• Provides ongoing support and training to contractors.
• Leads meetings with internal teams and partners.
• Delivers presentations and tailors messaging to stakeholders.
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Experience in energy efficiency or related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders.
• Knowledge of HVAC and energy-saving measures.
• Experience in contractor management and recruitment.
