Overview

The Field Manager is responsible for managing onsite installations of various flooring materials, ensuring quality and compliance with industry standards while serving as the liaison between customers and installation teams.

Requirements

• Ability to lead and work independently.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Valid driver license and insurance.
• Mathematical skills for estimating and measurements.
• OSHA 10 and 30 certifications required.
• Forklift license and First Aid training required.
• Experience with project management and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
• Professional demeanor and strong sense of urgency.
• Physical ability to meet job demands.
