General Manager, Financial Solutions - Remote

Overview

Residex is building the next generation of Revenue Cycle Management software purpose-built for Skilled Nursing Facilities and Assisted Living communities. We’re looking for a General Manager who has lived and breathed LTC billing—someone who has personally managed AR aging, fought denials, navigated Medicaid state plan amendments, and optimized payer mix across a portfolio of facilities. You’ll bring that hard-won expertise to the GM seat, where you’ll own the Financial Solutions business end-to-end: shaping product strategy, championing the solution alongside sales, partnering cross-functionally, and delivering measurable financial outcomes for operators.

Requirements

• 7–10+ years of progressive RCM leadership experience.
• 5+ years of hands-on billing experience.
• Demonstrated success in improving key RCM metrics.
• Deep knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, and private pay billing.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Data-driven decision maker with strategic thinking abilities.
• Familiarity with LTC-specific billing platforms.
• Ability to work autonomously in fast-paced environments.
• Motivated to improve financial health in LTC facilities.
