In Short

• Lead the development of compliant, compelling, and high-quality proposals.
• Collaborate with capture managers and internal teams.
• Produce polished responses to RFPs, RFIs, and grant applications.
• Manage proposal logistics and internal timelines.
• Maintain the organization of proposal content.
• Analyze past processes for continuous improvement.
• Communicate clearly and persuasively.
• Support pursuits that make a measurable difference in the environment.
• Work in a remote capacity with a preference for Central or Pacific time zones.
• Thrive in a collaborative and detail-oriented environment.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of proposal development experience.
• Proven experience managing proposals with writing samples.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Working knowledge of Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, and/or Photoshop.
• Knowledge of SF330 forms and public-sector proposals.
• Familiarity with CRM systems.
• Experience navigating bidding websites and Federal procurement systems.
