CRM Specialist - Remote

Overview

The CRM Specialist supports the execution and deployment of email and SMS marketing campaigns across Resident Home brands, including Nectar, DreamCloud, Awara, and Siena.

In Short

• Build and schedule email campaigns across multiple brands.
• Support execution of promotional and seasonal campaigns.
• Write and/or edit email copy as needed.
• Partner with the creative team for campaign assets.
• Own end-to-end QA for campaigns.
• Maintain strong campaign organization.
• Monitor sends and flag issues.
• Support basic segmentation setup.
• Report on email performance using dashboards.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in CRM, email, or lifecycle marketing.
• Hands-on experience executing email campaigns.
• Strong attention to detail and QA ability.
• Comfort working from detailed calendars and briefs.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Clear written communication skills.
