In Short

• Opportunity for 3 graduates to join the People and Culture team.
• Rotation between generalist support, HRIS and Systems, and Talent Acquisition.
• 8 months in each specialty over 2 years.
• Based in Glasgow on a hybrid work model.
• Engage in tasks related to Talent Acquisition, P&C Administration, and HRIS.
• Develop HR dashboards and reports.
• Respond to queries and manage data effectively.
• Support HRIS implementation projects.

Requirements

• Human Resources or Business Management degree (minimum 2:1 classification).
• Interest in the People & Culture cycle.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
