Field Service Technician II - Solar BESS Traveler - Remote

Overview

The Field Service Technician II – Solar BESS- Traveler will assist senior Field Service Technicians with operating and maintaining utility scale solar facilities. This work includes preventative and corrective maintenance of on-site assets such as solar panels, trackers, and power inverters.

Requirements

• High school/GED required; Associate degree preferred.
• 3+ years of related maintenance experience.
• Knowledge of high voltage electrical systems.
• OSHA 10/30 certification preferred.
• FAA Part 107 Drone Pilot certification preferred.
• Basic knowledge of electrical tools and systems.
• Valid Driver’s License required.
• Ability to travel domestically 76%-100% of the time.
• Functional competencies in collaboration and communication.
• Must reside within 60 miles of a major airport.
