People & Culture Generalist - Remote

Overview

We are looking for a new colleague to complement our People Experience team in the German-speaking part of Switzerland. You bring experience as a People & Culture Generalist, have excellent communication skills in German and English, and want to shape the future of an emerging IT company.

In Short

• Support in recruitment processes.
• Management and maintenance of employee records and HR databases.
• Assistance with payroll and benefits administration.
• Advising and supporting employees and managers on HR-related matters.
• Conducting onboarding and offboarding processes for employees.
• Ensuring compliance with labor laws and internal HR policies.
• Supporting the implementation of HR projects.
• Handling disciplinary and grievance procedures.

Requirements

• Completed training as an HR specialist or several years of experience in a similar position, ideally in an international environment.
• Solid knowledge of Swiss labor law and people processes.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• High social competence and the ability to build trusting relationships with employees and managers.
• Proficient in MS Office and payroll software (experience with systems like Sage and ATS programs is an advantage).
