• Seeking a highly motivated and experienced Servicing Controls Manager.
• Support the Servicing organization in monitoring controls and improving customer experience.
• Build 1st Line of Defense monitoring processes.
• Collaborate with leadership on risk assessments and process mapping.
• Identify operational risks and control gaps.
• Create and maintain process flows and business control tools.
• Prepare and present reports to senior leadership.
• Coordinate with management to respond to exam and audit requests.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
• Work in a fully remote environment.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field.
• 3+ years’ experience in Business Controls and Operational Risk.
• Experience with internal controls and compliance processes.
• Strong knowledge of federal regulations.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to prioritize under tight deadlines.
• Demonstrated initiative and problem-solving skills.
• Skilled with PC and Microsoft Operating Systems software.
