Loan Servicing Representative - Remote

Overview

The Loan Servicing Representative role is key to the success of the Reprise Portfolio, ensuring timely payments and customer support in personal loans.

In Short

• Monitors and contacts customers with outstanding debts.
• Works to bring customers into active status by reviewing payment options.
• Processes payments from customers and assists with setting up payments.
• Answers customer questions related to account maintenance.
• Takes actions to encourage timely debt payments.
• Ensures account maintenance is updated within the core system.
• Reports on collection activity and account status.
• Researches transaction history and submits corrections.
• May support other functions within Collections and Servicing teams.
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Knowledge of billing procedures and collection techniques.
• Knowledge of collection practices and associated regulations preferred.
• Prior customer service and/or call center experience preferred.
• Experience in financial services, lending, or payments preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Bi-Lingual (Spanish) preferred.
