The Specialized Services Representative plays a key role in the effective management of our Specialized Services portfolio, ensuring personal loans are managed accurately and timely.

In Short

• Manage relationships with 3rd party companies, vendors, and attorneys.
• Prepare legal documents for internal and external review.
• Communicate with departments on key timelines.
• Process forms for Insured Accounts and Impound milestones.
• Oversee affidavit processes.
• Work in a team to prioritize daily tasks.
• Ensure follow-up actions are taken within timelines.
• Enter new filings and referrals into the system.
• Understand litigation processes and milestones.
• Support other functions within the team as needed.

Requirements

• 1-5 years of experience in collections, bankruptcy, or insurance.
• Strong knowledge of federal regulations.
• Experience with drafting legal documents.
• Prior negotiation experience preferred.
• Understanding of legal procedures.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office and Adobe.
• Detail-oriented with critical thinking skills.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to resolve conflicts and negotiate contracts.
