Overview

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Solar Area Sales Manager (Outside Sales) to join our team, focusing on managing customer communications and expanding our customer base in the Asheville, NC area.

• Develop and nurture relationships with customers, establishing trust and credibility.

• Generate project proposals and quotes tailored to customer needs and preferences.
• Actively manage sales pipelines using our Company CRM system (Smartsheet).

• Manage customer communications, expectations, and follow-up.
• Execute against generated leads, while also developing referral sources.
• Demonstrate a strong understanding of our products and services.

Requirements

• 2 years of sales experience in solar or construction industry
• Experience using CRM systems
• Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation
