Junior IT Business Partner Internship - Remote

Overview

The selected candidate for our Internship Program - Next Step will have the opportunity to support the IT team on various activities and projects, contributing to the digital transformation process and the innovation of customer experience, in collaboration with UK directives.

In Short

• Support the IT team in digital transformation and customer experience innovation.
• Contribute to mapping business processes related to core business activities.
• Assist the IT department in managing digital innovation requests.
• Provide support in using and managing existing business applications.
• Assist the IT team in managing anomalies and resolving technical issues.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing or completed studies in Management Engineering, Telecommunications Engineering, or Computer Science.
• Basic knowledge of IT architectures and cloud computing.
• Familiarity with the ITIL framework and its best practices.
• Understanding of IT support processes and management methodologies.
• Basic knowledge of software lifecycle management processes.
• Proficient in MS Office and GSuite.
• Fluent in Italian and English, both written and spoken.
