Overview

The Director of HR Operations is responsible for implementing and monitoring the human resources policy within the Business Unit, ensuring compliance with social legislation while promoting workplace well-being.

Requirements

• 10 years of confirmed experience in a similar role, ideally in a multi-sector or international environment.
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic and demanding environment.
• Professional English proficiency (C1).
