Requirements

• 3-5 years’ experience as an analyst or similar role.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with large datasets and data mining techniques.
• Ability to synthesize complex information and create meaningful reports.
• Strong understanding of business processes.
• Ability to navigate complex organizations.
• Strong collaborator and communicator.
• Proficient in data manipulation tools: SAP HRIS, SQL Server, etc.
