Overview

We are seeking a motivated and talented Software Engineering Intern to join our team. This internship offers a hands-on opportunity to work on real-world projects, collaborate with experienced engineers, and contribute to the development of innovative software solutions supporting Renesas’s digital multiphase power controllers.

• Duration: Summer 2026 – 12 Weeks.
• Students must be enrolled fulltime in university pursuing a BS/MS degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Hybrid role with in-office collaboration.
• Assist in design, development, testing, and deployment of software libraries and applications.
• Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code primarily in Python.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Participate in code reviews.
• Troubleshoot and debug software issues.
• Gain exposure to software development lifecycle.

Requirements

• Strong Python programming skills.
• Familiarity with C++ is preferred.
• Knowledge of SQL databases is a plus.
• Understanding of software development principles, data structures, and algorithms.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
