Overview

As a Senior Staff Business Development Engineer at Renesas, you will be part of the EMEA Regional Marketing and Core Technology team, focusing on technical marketing and business development in the semiconductor industry.

In Short

• Identify key trends and growth markets in EMEA.
• Create new demos and solutions for Embedded Processing products.
• Manage onboarding of new ECO system partners.
• Conduct internal and external training on solutions and demos.
• Represent Renesas at events and fairs.
• Support design-in activities with sales and field application engineers.
• Develop and execute a Go-To-Market plan.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Electronics, Engineering, or related field.
• Experience in business development, sales, or account management in the semiconductor industry.
• Good communication skills and team player.
• Technical understanding of Microcontrollers and Microprocessors.
• Ability to work independently in an international environment.
• Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
