This is an exciting time to join Remote and make a personal difference in the global employment space as a Senior Regional Marketing Manager, US joining our Regional Marketing team.

In Short

• 4+ years experience in field marketing, experience in high growth startups or scale-ups preferred
• Relevant B2B marketing experience with proven track-record in significant results on-demand generation and sales opportunity pipeline creation
• Planning and executing regional marketing activities in the US - West or South and Central territory
• Working on demand and lead generation activities to ensure measurable MQL and sales opportunity pipeline creation
• Deep understanding of modern marketing tactics
• Aligning with the corporate marketing organization, sales, SDR and partnerships teams
• Working on multiple, simultaneous marketing programs
• Tracking KPIs, reporting and evaluating performance
• Good understanding and experience from SaaS and IT/Fintech space is considered to be a plus
• Experience using marketing tech stack: Salesforce, Hubspot, Outreach

Requirements

• Strong planning, organization and project management skills
• Proactive, self-starter approach
• Growth mindset and agile approach
• Native in English, Spanish is a plus
• Willingness to travel within the US for field events
