Overview

This is an exciting time to join Remote and make a personal difference in the global employment space as a Payroll (PAY) Customer Success Manager and being part of our Customer Success team. The Payroll (PAY) Customer Success Manager acts as the customer’s trusted advisor and advocate in the payroll domain.

In Short

  • Build and grow ongoing relationships with customers.
  • Act as a trusted advisor in payroll services.
  • Manage customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
  • Gather customer feedback for product improvements.
  • Educate and train customers on payroll processes.
  • Monitor customer health to prevent churn.
  • Work closely with various teams to set expectations.
  • Drive complex HR/Payroll projects independently.
  • Support multiple projects and manage stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Extensive expertise in CSM or account management roles.
  • Solid knowledge of Global Payroll and HR Tech software.
  • Excellent organizational abilities for complex projects.
  • Proven track record of customer onboarding and retention.
  • Strong relationship-building skills with stakeholders.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and drive projects forward.
  • Familiarity with remote working environments.
  • Experience in fast-paced settings.
  • Understanding of global organizations and start-ups.
