In Short

• Manage the full customer lifecycle: onboarding, adoption, training, and renewal.
• Build proactive relationships with customers in EMEA.
• Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer issues.

Requirements

• 3+ years in an operational cybersecurity role.
• Experience supporting French and EMEA customers.
• Strong technical aptitude with tools like OpenCTI or OpenBAS.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Comfortable in a remote, async-first culture.
• Experience in Customer Success or Account Management is a plus.
• Experience with CRM/CSM tools and success metrics.
• Fluency in English; French is a plus.
