In Short

• Conducting credit risk assessments for new deals and business proposals.
• Developing and enhancing credit risk reporting frameworks.
• Collaborating with Collections, Compliance, and Product teams.
• Producing regulatory reports related to capital and liquidity.
• Ensuring accuracy and audit readiness of regulatory reporting.
• Monitoring new regulatory reporting requirements.
• Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, and SQL.
• Excellent communication skills and analytical mindset.
• Remote work experience is a plus.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Management, or related field.
• Experience in Risk, Finance or Operations within a financial institution.
• Regulatory reporting experience, preferably in a bank or payment service provider.
• Knowledge of UK/EU/Canadian regulatory reporting requirements.
• Detail-oriented and proactive problem-solving mindset.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
