Regulatory Analyst - Remote

Overview

We are looking for a hands-on, tech-savvy compliance professional who is passionate about emerging technologies and groundbreaking financial solutions. In this role, you’ll be deeply embedded with our product development teams, working side by side to anticipate regulatory challenges, drive compliance strategies, and support the evolution of cutting-edge financial products.

In Short

• Collaborate with teams to analyze and monitor regulatory demands in the financial market and payments sector.
• Engage in and track regulatory discussions related to Zetta and the evolving payments landscape.
• Conduct in-depth regulatory analysis on Open Banking, Sandbox, PIX, Real Digital, and other industry-defining initiatives.
• Ensure compliance in the development of new products and features.
• Act as the Compliance team’s key contact, overseeing compliance programs.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key industry stakeholders.
• Partner cross-functionally with teams from Product, Technology, Financial, Legal, Compliance, Engineering, and Projects.

Requirements

• A degree in a related field and a passion for financial regulation.
• Experience in Payment Institutions, acquirers, sub-acquirers, or fintechs.
• Fluency in Portuguese and English.
• Strong technical knowledge in compliance, technology, and innovation.
• Familiarity with COSIF norms for Conglomerate Type 3 institutions.
• Understanding of SCFI, Payment Institution, and Conglomerate regulations.
• Application of artificial intelligence in compliance workflows.
• Experience with international projects.
• Knowledge of American regulations.
• Exposure to financial institution authorization processes—a plus.
