In Short

• Review regulations and break them down into actionable requirements.
• Map regulatory requirements to existing operational and internal controls.
• Maintain a well-organized requirements knowledge base.
• Own time commitments associated with operational regulatory requirements.
• Conduct periodic audits to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Provide ongoing compliance support and training.
• Support internal controls development and operation.
• Act as a point of contact for regulatory requests.
• Perform detailed investigations and analysis for regulatory inquiries.
• Evaluate compliance issues and drive remediation efforts.

Requirements

• Bachelor degree preferred.
• 2+ years regulatory compliance experience, preferably in the Gaming Industry.
• Ability to manage multiple assignments simultaneously.
• Strong interpersonal skills for effective communication.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain gaming certifications or licenses.
