Overview

As a Regulatory Compliance Analyst at Flagstone, you will support the Head of Regulatory Compliance and the Regulatory Compliance team in executing the Compliance strategy, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements and supporting best practices.

• Support the Head of Regulatory Compliance in executing the Compliance strategy.
• Stay informed about changes in applicable regulations and communicate them to stakeholders.
• Assess compliance risk against regulatory requirements.
• Assist in monitoring outcomes related to Consumer Duty.
• Conduct independent testing against regulatory requirements.
• Support the creation and review of compliance policies.
• Enhance the regulatory compliance controls framework.
• Collaborate with the business to identify compliance requirements.
• Build strong working relationships with internal and external partners.
• Contribute to a diverse and inclusive community.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in compliance or related roles.
• Strong understanding of compliance requirements in the fintech industry.
• Good organizational skills and ability to multi-task.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Experience building relationships with Senior Management.
