Nubank is seeking a Regulatory Solutions Analyst specializing in FATCA/CRS compliance to support its sustainable growth and ensure adherence to regulatory requirements.

In Short

• Define and execute operational KYC processes for FATCA/CRS.
• Review customer documentation for FATCA/CRS status.
• Identify and mitigate FATCA/CRS risks.
• Maintain accurate records of customer information.
• Lead development of internal policies for FATCA/CRS compliance.
• Stay updated on FATCA/CRS regulations.
• Collaborate with Compliance, Legal, and Operations departments.
• Provide information to stakeholders on FATCA/CRS compliance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree.
• 3+ years of experience in FATCA/CRS compliance or KYC.
• Experience in the Colombian financial sector.
• Strong understanding of FATCA/CRS regulations.
• Attention to detail and data-driven.
• Advanced or native Spanish and English.
• Great communication skills.
• Analytical background with interest in data analysis.
