Recruiter (6-month Fixed-Term Contract) - Remote

In Short

• Experience in full-cycle recruitment, at a tech start-up or fast-growing scale-up organisation.
• Previous experience as a recruiter with either Go-to-Market, G&A and Operations will be prioritized.
• Ability to work with large volume applications to improve and ensure high quality in alignment to the role and a diverse hiring pipeline.
• Strong track record in high pace hiring environment, with focus on deliverables.
• Excited and passionate about an excellent candidate experience at all times.
• Aligned to Remote's values and a keen interest in finding the best talent in the world.
• Ambitious and intentional about diversity and inclusion.
• Experience in working and optimising a Talent Acquisition stack.
• Excellent spoken and written skills in English.

Requirements

• Work effectively to ensure Remote's talent scaling needs are matched.
• Work closely with the TA Leadership on support required.
• Directly responsible for creating a world-class hiring and candidate experience.
• Continuously improve the timing between first Recruiter call and offer.
• Track and analyse metrics and report on hiring progress.
• Act as an advocate for remote working and values.
• Continuously improve and initiate creative changes to recruiting strategy.
• Partner with Remote's Talent Sourcer to build a hiring pipeline.
• Share best practices and become a subject-matter expert.
