Requirements

• Expert in payroll processes specifically for employees under the portage salarial business model.
• Experience in designing, implementing, and managing payroll processes to support the portage salarial business model.
• Deep working knowledge of French labor law related to portage salarial, including URSSAF, retirement schemes, and unemployment rights.
• Experience in working on payroll systems (using Silae) and services in a multi-product, high-growth scale-up company.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Writes and speaks fluent English and French.
• Remote work experience is a plus.
