In Short

• Act as a true subject matter expert for APAC.
• Lead planning, execution, and monitoring of global payroll implementation projects.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans & timelines.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders in the implementation process.
• Implement standardized payroll processes and procedures.
• Provide ongoing support during and after implementation.
• Focus on KPIs and SLAs.
• Mentor and support payroll specialists.
• Work with internal teams to improve the platform.
• Fluent in English.

Requirements

• Extensive payroll experience in a client payroll environment.
• Expert legislative knowledge in Malaysia and other APAC countries.
• Payroll implementation experience.
• Strong communication skills.
• Deep knowledge in using local payroll tools and software tools like SAP, Excel / Google Sheet.
• Analytical mindset and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, international work environment.
• Experience in accounting/reconciliations.
• Productivity-oriented mindset.
• Remote work experience is a plus.
