• Act as a subject matter expert for APAC payroll.
• Lead global payroll implementation projects.
• Develop and maintain project plans and timelines.
• Standardize payroll processes for consistency and efficiency.
• Provide ongoing support during and after implementation.
• Mentor and support payroll specialists.
• Work with internal teams to improve the payroll platform.
• Strong communication skills required.
• Experience in payroll tools and software.
• Fluent in English.

Requirements

• Extensive payroll experience in a client payroll environment.
• Expert legislative knowledge in Malaysia and other APAC countries.
• Payroll implementation experience.
• Strong analytical mindset with problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced international work environment.
• Experience in accounting/reconciliations.
• Productivity-oriented.
• Understanding of asynchronous work.
• Remote work experience is a plus.
