This role offers the opportunity to manage a critical part of building Remote’s PEO business, shaping client onboarding practices, and collaborating with a passionate, high-performing global team.

In Short

  • Manage PEO Payroll implementations for international customers.
  • Oversee complex HR, payroll, and compliance environments.
  • Lead a nationally distributed team of Payroll Implementation Specialists.
  • Develop and implement standard operating procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with government payroll regulations.
  • Drive team performance metrics to meet business goals.
  • Collaborate with various teams to enhance customer onboarding.
  • Identify opportunities for operational efficiencies.
  • Respond to customer escalations with positive solutions.
  • Work in a fast-paced, asynchronous environment.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in PEO Payroll.
  • 5+ years of experience in customer implementation in a SaaS environment.
  • Experience in team management or customer account management.
  • Strong knowledge of payroll compliance across multiple states.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in Google Sheets and MacBook Pro environment.
  • Experience with tools like Monday.com, Zendesk, and Salesforce is a plus.
  • Fluency in English is required.
