This is an exciting time to join Remote and make a personal difference in the global employment space as a HCM Analyst, joining our new HCM Onboarding Team (HR Services Team) supporting our HRIS Product.

In Short

• Work with customers for exceptional implementation experience.
• Support HCM & GP Onboarding Consultants.
• Ensure successful requirements and workflows mapping.
• Manage data migrations and system setups.
• Create user manuals and documentation.
• Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Maintain high accuracy in deliverables.
• Work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Fluent in English.

Requirements

• Proactive, detail-oriented, and analytical.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, and SQL.
• Customer-focused with problem-solving skills.
• Experience in system implementations for enterprise clients.
• Ability to create clear user-friendly guides.
• Experience in UAT, including developing test scripts.
• Excellent project management skills.
• Deep knowledge of Global HR and Payroll processes.
• Self-starter with the ability to work independently.
• Experience working remotely is a plus.
