Requirements

• Proven experience as a Medical Virtual Assistant or similar role.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Proficiency in using electronic health records (EHR) systems.
• Familiarity with medical terminology and clinical procedures.
• Compassionate and empathetic attitude towards patient care.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in healthcare administration is a plus.
