RemoteVA PH is looking for a Logistics Customer Service Representative to be the vital link between our clients and warehouse operations. In this role, you’ll ensure timely and accurate order processing, routing, and shipping — especially to wholesalers and retailers. You will play a key part in maintaining strong client relationships and ensuring every order is delivered seamlessly.

In Short

• Be the main point of contact for assigned clients.
• Handle inquiries and provide real-time updates on orders, inventory, and shipping.
• Coordinate routing of orders to wholesalers, retailers, and other partners.
• Monitor and track orders using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
• Submit routing requests and schedule carrier pickups.
• Collaborate with the warehouse team to ensure accuracy in order processing.
• Manage order exceptions such as cancellations and returns.
• Keep thorough documentation of all client communications.
• Work with the WMS Manager to improve operational processes.

Requirements

• Experience in logistics and customer service.
