In Short

• Provide expertise and customer service support to members, customers, and/or providers.
• Direct phone-based customer interaction to answer and resolve inquiries.
• Demonstrate understanding of factors driving caller questions/issues.
• Manage caller conversations and maintain ongoing communications.
• Demonstrate knowledge of healthcare terminology and products/services.
• Ensure compliance with legal/regulatory requirements.
• Communicate common problems to Subject Matter Experts for improvement.
• Educate callers on available products/services.
• Work well in a team environment.
• Prioritize and organize work to meet deadlines.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• One year or more experience in a remote, call-center setting.
• Minimal assistance required for standard requests.
• Able to solve routine problems independently.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Team-oriented with good communication skills.
