Overview

The Customer Service Representative at Liberator Medical Supply™ will provide high-quality customer service to clients in the medical supply industry, working remotely to assist with orders, billing inquiries, and product information.

In Short

  • 100% remote work from home position.
  • Provide effective customer service for all external customers.
  • Utilize in-depth knowledge of company products.
  • Process customer returns according to policies.
  • Work closely with the Medical Billing department.
  • Provide feedback to management regarding service failures.
  • Partner with Sales Representatives to meet customer expectations.
  • 1+ years of experience in the medical industry or customer service.
  • High School Diploma or GED required.

Requirements

  • Ability to read and interpret medical supply publications.
  • Ability to calculate figures such as discounts and percentages.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications.
  • Ability to work some evening shifts and weekends as needed.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
