The metabook.gr team is looking for a Customer Service Representative.

In Short

• Be the first point of contact for users.
• Answer inquiries from buyers and sellers via email (Zendesk) and social media.
• Resolve issues related to orders, payments, and shipments.
• Support users in using the platform (creating listings, managing accounts).
• Manage disputes and mediate between buyers and sellers.
• Write and improve content for metabook and our blog.
• Monitor issues with partners.
• Collaborate with the rest of the team for continuous process improvement.
