Overview

We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Specialist with a strong background in the Durable Medical Equipment (DME) industry. The ideal candidate will be comfortable handling customer communications, processing orders, and supporting patients and providers with professionalism and empathy.

In Short

  • Proven experience in the DME medical equipment business, including products such as wheelchairs, hospital beds, diabetic supplies, and incontinence items.
  • Hands-on experience placing and managing orders through Parachute Health.
  • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls and emails in a professional, clear, and courteous manner.
  • Provide accurate information regarding products, orders, and delivery status.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and orders.
  • Fluent English (spoken and written) is required.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in the DME medical equipment business.
  • Hands-on experience with Parachute Health.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to maintain accurate records.
  • Fluent in English.
