Overview

The Real Estate Follow-Up Specialist will support the real estate acquisitions team by reconnecting with old and hard-to-reach leads, making calls, and qualifying prospects.

In Short

• Make up to 200+ calls per day to revive cold or unresponsive leads
• Qualify prospects and live transfer motivated sellers to the acquisitions team
• Maintain and update CRM with notes and lead status
• Track and report performance and handoff success rates
• Work with a dedicated real estate investment firm
