This is an exciting time to join Remote and make a personal difference in the global employment space as a Payroll (PAY) Customer Success Manager and being part of our Customer Success team.

In Short

  • Act as the customer’s trusted advisor and advocate in the payroll domain.
  • Build and grow relationships with customers, focusing on payroll services.
  • Manage customer onboarding, retention, and expansion.
  • Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
  • Monitor customer health and prevent churn.
  • Educate and train customers on payroll information and processes.
  • Collaborate with Payroll, Product, and Sales teams for customer success.
  • Gather customer feedback for product and experience enhancements.
  • Work asynchronously and independently on complex projects.
  • Support multiple projects and manage stakeholder expectations.

Requirements

  • Extensive expertise in CSM or account management in international Payroll/HR tech.
  • Solid knowledge of Global Payroll and HR Tech software.
  • Excellent organizational abilities for managing complex projects.
  • Proven track record of customer onboarding and retention.
  • Strong communication skills for influencing stakeholders.
  • Ability to drive HR/Payroll projects independently.
  • Knowledge of global organizations and start-ups is a plus.
  • Readiness to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Understanding of remote working practices.
