Requirements

• Rigorous legal training at a reputable law firm.
• Significant experience in vendor agreements and SaaS contracts.
• Ability to provide business-oriented legal advice.
• Quickly grasp complex issues and propose creative solutions.
• Demonstrates strong automation and AI capabilities.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
• Remote work experience is a plus.
