Overview

This is an exciting time to join Remote and make a personal impact in the global employment space joining our Benefits team as Benefits Operations Manager on a 12 month Fixed Term Contract.

In Short

  • Take full ownership of the recruitment, training, skills enhancement, mentoring, supervision and coaching of one of the regional Benefits Operations team.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert and escalation point on all Benefits related topics.
  • Work closely with Product, Engineering, Automation, Payroll, Finance, Tax, Legal, Sales, Customer Success and the broader EOR Operations teams.
  • Improve & optimise Benefits Operations team’s processes and workflows.
  • Ensure Remote's service delivery is fully compliant together with Legal.
  • Support reporting, audit, compliance, and data integrity initiatives.
  • Deliver superior value to Remote's employees and clients.
  • Guarantee no cost / revenue leakage in paying for / recharging Benefits to customers.
  • Be able to go from “scout to scale” and actually start things up.
  • Be an internal and external champion of Remote's values and Benefits team's goals.

Requirements

  • Hands-on people management experience, with a coaching mindset.
  • Progressive experience in HR Operations across multiple countries.
  • Experience in customer facing roles with service level metrics management.
  • Ability to quickly adapt to a fast-paced, international, scale-up environment.
  • Tech savvy with experience working with a variety of digital tools.
  • Ability to manage and maintain employee data and confidential information.
  • Fluent in English.
